Salama Engineering Industry is an authorized service center for Tranter Plate Heat Exchanger Service in Saudi Arabia.

Salama Engineering Industry is approved by SABIC with five years long-term agreement for Plate Heat Exchanger Maintenance Services and the Agreement is valid till 30 June 2026.  

Many Plates Heat Exchanger serviced by us for Saudi Aramco MSSD, SABIC, Saudi Electricity and other private industries with (or) without new gaskets. Reference will be provided on request.

Salama Engineering can offer multi brand units cleaning, inspecting and regasketing services.

Salama Engineering procures Certified multi brand parts from Tranter.

Service Activities:   Final inspection and Service report for reference 

• Initial inspection and hydro testing to identify internal and External leaks.
• Initial Inspection report with Finding, Images and Recommendations.
• Procurement of required Spares for service.
• Plates initial hydro jetting, Chemical cleaning, Final hydro jetting and drying.
• Plates Die Penetration testing to identify damaged / pinhole / crack.
• Gaskets gluing and Inspection.
• Upper Carrying bar, Lower carrying bar and Tightening bolts cleaning and lubrication.
• Frames cleaning and paint touch, if required.
• Assembly of gasketed plates in the Frame
• Tightening the plate pack to recommended dimensions.
• Final Hydro testing and inspections.
• Final Inspection report with Images and dispatch preparation.
